ACH, d.d., and all of its subsidiaries abide by the following basic principles of business excellence in its planning and everyday activities:

The business activities of ACH, d.d., and its subsidiaries are laid out in a way that allows for efficient operation, which is a prerequisite for business excellence and success. We rely on a process approach, under which the individual companies in the ACH Group have been able to establish an efficient quality management system, which has also been verified externally under the ISO 9001 quality standard. Some of the ACH subsidiaries (in the motor vehicle trade and production fields) have upgraded the aforementioned standard with the ISO 14001 environmental standard.

The view of ACH, d.d., and its subsidiaries’ on business excellence can be summed up as follows: “Excellent people (the employees), who act according to Excellent processes in order to establish Excellent partnerships and ensure Excellent services and products that the customers will love.”
