The employees of ACH, d.d. and its subsidiaries are members of various national economic associations (the Managers' Association of Slovenia, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, etc.), branch associations (trade, etc.), professional associations (auditing, accounting, personnel management, public relations, quality, business excellence, etc.), educational & training institutions (full, associate or periodic lecturers, researchers, mentors, etc.) and supervisory bodies in companies.

As at 31 December 2011 ACH, d.d. and its subsidiaries numbered 2,360 employees in total, while the public limited company alone had 42 employees.
