Four Slovenians in the Tour de France
Ljubljana, 30 June 2010 – Jani Brajkovič (RadioShack), Grega Bole (Lampre), Simon Špilak (Lampre), all three formerly of Team Adria Mobil, and Kristijan Koren (Liquigas), are set to participate in the toughest cycling race in Europe, the 2010 Tour de France from 3 to 25 July. The race will start with an 8-kilometre prologue in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and will end 3,596 kilometres later on the Champs-Élysées in Paris.
A legendary victory at “TiVolley”,
Ljubljana, 11 March 2010 – Almost exactly three years after the historic victory of ACH Volley for the Top Teams Cup in famous Modena in 2007 , ACH Volley again achieved another legendary victory last night at the Tivoli Hall in Ljubljana. With this exceptional victory against the Hypo Tirol team from Innsbruck and the so called “Golden Set”, ACH Volley entered the final tournament of the four best European volleyball clubs that will take place on 10 and 11 April in Lodz, Poland. ACH Volley will play against the Trentino Club from Italy, last year's Euro League champions.
Season started with victory
Ljubljana, 9 March 2010 – The Adria Mobil Cycling Club presented its 2010 racing team to the public yesterday in ACH, d.d.'s conference room in Ljubljana, formally opening the 2010 cycling season. Cyclists had however already been informally christened two days earlier, with a double victory by Marko Kump and Matej Gnezda, winning the 144 km long race Trophy of the Association of Slovenian Sports Clubs in Italy, organised by the Adria Mobil Cycling Club.
The operations of the Autocommerce, d. d., company above plans
Ljubljana, 9 November 2006 – At its yesterday’s session, the Supervisory Board of the Autocommerce, d. d., company adopted the report on the operations of the Autocommerce company in the period from January to September 2006 comprising the summary of the reports on the operations of subsidiaries and an assessment of operations by the end of the year. The Supervisory Board found that Autocommerce, d. d., operated well in the first nine months and that the planned results for the said period were exceeded. Thus in the first nine months, the company achieved a net profit for the period of SIT 1.9 billion, which is 10 % more than what was planned. The attained consolidated net profit for the period amounts to SIT 3.5 billion. According to the assessment, Autocommerce, d. d., will have generated a net profit for the period of SIT 1.7 billion by the end of the year. Even the estimated consolidated results show that the companies within the Autocommerce Group will achieve the plans.

Press conference with Jani Brajkovič on Tuesday 19 September 2006
A press conference was held in the entrance hall of the administration building of Autocommerce, d. d., with the top-level Slovenian cyclist, Jani Brajkovič who is a member of the Discovery Channel team on the Pro Tour while still acting as member of the Novo Mesto Cycling Club Adria Mobil where he began his athletic career. Jani Brajkovič attained excellent results this season for the Discovery Channel team. At the press conference, he talked about his experience in the new club and about the races he had participated in, especially the one in Spain which concluded on 17 September 2006.
OK Autocommerce facing new challenges
Ljubljana, 18 September 2006 - Members of the OK Autocommerce team were introduced at the premises of the administration building of the company Autocommerce, d. d., in Ljubljana, confronting the new season considerably strengthened and with high aims also in Europe.
Unaudited semi-annual results reveal successful performance of Autocommerce, d. d.
Ljubljana, 25 August 2006 - At its yesterday's session, the Supervisory Board of Autocommerce, d. d., discussed and adopted the unaudited semi-annual report of Autocommerce, d. d., which shows that Autocommerce, d. d., as well as the Group companies continue with successful performance, even exceeding the planned figures in the first six months of this year. The companies from the Autocommerce Group generated SIT 71.1 billion in sales revenues, which is 15% more than in the respective period last year and 4% more than planned. Sales results were above the plan chiefly due to the Group companies engaged in vehicle trade and production. The profit before tax earned by the Group companies in the first half of the year was slightly higher than SIT 3.4 billion, while net profit equalled SIT 2.4 billion. Based on semi-annual results, the Management Board of Autocommerce, d. d., estimates that the companies from the Autocommerce Group will generate SIT 142 billion in net revenues and SIT 3 billion in net profit by the end of 2006, with the consolidated capital reaching SIT 28 billion.
The second generation of graduates receives diplomas
Ljubljana, 23 June 2006 – With the presentation of projects and the ceremonious awarding of diplomas in the premises of the hotel Lev in Ljubljana, the second generation of graduates of the Autocommerce Business Academy officially completed their studies yesterday afternoon. The programme for perspective employees encompassing four modules included fifteen men and women who, according to the words of their mentors and individual module lecturers, completed their studies with excellent marks.
Bolstered team of OK Autocommerce
Ljubljana, 22 June 2006 – On the official end of the regular annual transfer period, the management of the Autocommerce volleyball club convened a press conference and presented the team that is to defend the title of Slovenian men’s volleyball state champions in the 2006/2007 season and again contend for the Slovenian cup laurels and the highest placement in the European TOP Teams Cup and Interleague - the Central European league. According to the words of the President of the club, Rasto Oderlap, the team is going to be even more significantly bolstered from now on.

Celje, 7 April 2006 - After a five-year intermission, the Motor Show of Slovenia again opened its doors widely to all potential exhibitors of shiny metal and to visitors who traditionally visit these kinds of events in large numbers. For the first time in history, the Motor Show was organised at the Celje Fairgrounds, which offers 60,000 square metres of all types of exhibition space. The Motor Show was the central event of five fairs; the Motorcycles Fair, Exhibition of Commercial Vehicles, Car and Maintenance Fair and Logotrans joined in the event. We therefore present all activities connected to motor vehicles, their use and maintenance.
Ruling of the High Court in the matter of Coming
Mitsubishi Motors and Siddharta together for safe driving Ljubljana, 9 March
Autocommerce's company AC-Konim d.o.o., the official distributor of Mitsubishi Motors in Slovenia, and the band Siddharta presented the project Safe Driving Counselling Centre, whose main goal is to raise awareness about responsible driving as a preventative measure providing safety for all drivers. The project was supported by the Road Safety Council of the RS, in conjunction with AMZS (Automobile Association of Slovenia).
Presentation of the Adria Mobil Cycling Club On Tuesday, 7 March 2006
Autocommerce d.d. hosted cyclists from the Adria Mobil Cycling Club, the press, other sponsors and guests on its business premises. The event was the official presentation of the Club before the start of this year's season, which, judging by yesterday's media response, will be in the spotlight of the sports community. The general sponsor of the Club is the company Adria Mobil d.o.o., which sees in bicycling its mission of being a "partner in leisure time", upgrading it further by supporting this mass sport. Namely, bicycling is a synonym for the active spending of free time. The journalists and others present were addressed by the Managing Director of Autocommerce d.d., Herman Rigelnik, MSc., the Managing Director of Adria Mobil d.o.o., Sonja Gole, and the Club President, Mojca Novak.
Interleague goal of Autocommerce VC Achieved Radovljica, 7 March 2006
The closing final-four tournament organised last weekend by the Hotvolleys team in Vienna ended this year's premiere season in the Central European Men's Volleyball League, taking place under the auspices of MEVZA (Middle European Volleyball Zonal Association). The tournament champion was Vienna Hotvolleys, followed by the second-place Hypo Tirol from Innsbruck. Third came the excellent Autocommerce VC, who throughout the competition played a high-quality game, and in the playoffs last Sunday in Vienna, in spite of defeat, proved that it can match the best European teams.
Autocommerce d.d. exceeded plan last year Ljubljana, 1 March 2006
The operations of Autocommerce d.d. in 2005 were in accordance with the annual plan and strategic policies for the 2005-2009 period. According to audited and unaudited data, Autocommerce d.d. earned SIT 788 million in net profits last year, which is considerably more than the respective figure in 2004, i.e. slightly less than SIT 240 million. However, last year's profit was also higher than planned, by 41%. Compared to the year before, the company's assets and long-term financial investments in 2005 increased by 8% and 36% respectively. The investment growth index is the consequence of the evaluation of investments in subsidiaries using the equity method, the additional increase of the holding in Adria Mobil at the beginning of 2005, a higher stake in Factor Banka as well as in some associated companies, and other financial investments.
Supervisory Board of Autocommerce d.d. on plans for 2006
Ljubljana, 16 February 2006 – At today's session of the Supervisory Board of Autocommerce d.d., chaired by President Joško Vučemilo, attention was focused on information regarding the Annual Plan of Autocommerce d.d. for 2006, encompassing summaries of plans of the corporation and information on important business events in the coming year. The Supervisory Board also approved the proposals submitted placing key emphasis on planned business results until the end of this year. The net profit of Autocommerce d.d. is expected to reach 1.6 billion tolars in 2006, while the consolidated net profit of Autocommerce d.d. will, according to plan, amount to approximately 4 billion tolars.
Document of Listing on the Stock Exchange Received
Ljubljana, 27 January 2006 President of the Management Board of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Marko Simoneti, today officially handed over the Document of Listing on the Stock Exchange of Autocommerce to Herman Rigelnik, Managing Director of the company. This was an act of a symbolic nature, proving that Autocommerce d.d. entered the Stock Exchange on 9 January 2006. The shares of Autocommerce started continous trading on Tuesday, 24 January 2006.
Start of ACLG share trading
Ljubljana, 24 January 2006 – Today, at precisely 9.30 a.m., shares of the Autocommerce corporation began trading on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. A total of 2,886,877 shares bearing the symbol ACLG, with a total face value of 2.89 billion tolars, have been placed on the official market. "Undoubtedly, this is a significant event for the Autocommerce corporation, through which we are fulfilling our promise given to small shareholders that our shares would be classified on the stock exchange once all required conditions had been met. These were fulfilled at the end of July of last year when, with the submission of the application for listing of the shares on the official market to the Securities Market Agency, we initiated the official procedure. As of today, all required formalities have been met in their entirety and trading has commenced," commented the Chief Executive of the corporation, Herman Rigelnik, MSc, on the start of the official trading of Autocommerce shares.

The Autocommerce Volleyball Club stepped into 2006 with a new coach on December 23, 2005
The Autocommerce Volleyball Club concluded its cooperation with the previous coach in December. During this week the club's management, presided over by Rasto Oderlap, ended its cooperation with the club's first coach, Nurko Čauševič. He will be replaced by his assistant, Tilen Kozamernik.
Changes at AC-Intercar d.o.o. Ljubljana
The first day of December of this year brought with it certain changes in the structures of organisation and human resources here at Autocommerce's subsidiary AC-Intercar. Herman Rigelnik, the General Manager of Autocommerce d.d., in an arrangement with DaimlerChrysler, entrusted the management of the company AC-Intercar to Štefan Vöroš while naming the existing Director Marko Kryžanowski as Director of the new company which will preside over such programs as MTU, Penta, RUD and others. AC-Intercar will enhance the distribution of passenger, delivery and commercial vehicles, Mercedes-Benz buses and the smart, Unimog and EvoBus programs. In addition to Štefan Vöroš, Rasto Oderlap is also remaining in management.
100th Anniversary of the Grand Hotel Union Ljubljana
On Friday, 28 October 2005, Autocommerce's Grand Hotel Union celebrated a respectable anniversary - 100 years of existence. The hotel was constructed in the then modern Secession style in record time, and its opening was warmly welcomed by the influential men and citizens of Ljubljana. The Grand Hotel Union, whose major owner since autumn 2003 has been Autocommerce d.d., marked its 100th anniversary with numerous events, which began already on the eve of this important anniversary. These events coincide with other significant events in Ljubljana, originating from as far back as 1905. One of them is the erection of a monument to the greatest Slovenian poet, France Prešeren, next to the famous Three Bridges (Tromostovje).
Infond Holding Sells 15.91% Stake in Autocommerce to Protej Ljubljana
Autocommerce d.d. was today informed by the company Protej on its purchase of 459,269 shares of Autocommerce from the financial company Infond Holding, which has so far been the second major shareholder. This share lot accounts for a 15.91% stake in Autocommerce d.d. Thus, Protej has become the owner of 2,174,230 shares of Autocommerce d.d., or 75.32% of the total.
Volleyball Club Autocommerce Defeats Swiss Favourite
Radovljica, 26 October 2005 - In the sports hall of the Hospitality Secondary School in Radovljica, before an audience of more than 700 people, VC Autocommerce tonight celebrated a 3-2 victory against the Swiss team of Seat Volley Näfels (26-24, 25-21, 17-25, 21-25, 19-17). This was a first-round match of the A group in the Top Teams Cup. Even though VC Autocommerce won the first two sets and came close to deciding the match, the opponents later collected themselves and forced a fifth set, which, after numerous reversals, was decisive. Yet everything ended to the benefit of the Slovenian team, playing its first official European match in the Top Teams Cup.
Adria Mobil opens the doors of its new factory
Novo mesto, 7 October 2005 – Adria, d.o.o., completing its long awaited project: the construction of a state-of-the-art factory, which was completed in a record 17 months. In just one month, the company managed to successfully relocate its entire production from the old factory to the new one without shutting down production for even a single day.The entire complex, into which Adria Mobil invested EUR 35 million, expands over a surface area of 150,000 m², and boasts annual production capacity of 17,000 vehicles, increasing the company's capacity by 30%.

The Supervisory Board of Autocommerce, d.d. met at the 5th regular session
Ljubljana, on 13 July 2005 - The members of the Supervisory Board of Autocommerce d.d., at the regular session held yesterday, established that the consolidated operations of Autocommerce d.d. in the first five months of this year, exceeded the results planned for this period. Namely, consolidated net revenues of Autocommerce, d.d., Ljubljana and its subsidiaries amount to SIT 53.9 billion with consolidated net profit totalling SIT 1.6 billion. The latter is as much as 52% above the planned target, while total capital, reaching SIT 19.7 billion, is 3% higher than planned.

Autocommerce d.d. receives notice of buyout offer
Ljubljana, 7 June 2005 – Autocommerce d.d. today received notice from Protej d.o.o., which is run by Branko Šibakovski, of its intention to initiate proceedings for a public offer to buy out Autocommerce shares. This means that Protej will publish an offer to buy the Autocommerce d.d. shares that it does not yet own within 30 days of giving notice. In its notice of intent Protej wrote that the buyout price in the offer will be 6,100 tolars per share. Protej also reported that it will start buying Autocommerce shares today, at terms equal to or inferior to those set out in the buyout offer.
Protej Company Becomes 24.7-Percent Owner of Autocommerce
Ljubljana, 30 May - The company Protej d.o.o., owned and directed by Branko Šibakovski, has become a 24.7-percent owner of Autocommerce d.d. Protej purchased Autocommerce shares from a number of Slovenian banks and firms specializing in financial activities. At Autocommerce we have welcomed Protej's business decision. As Protej announced, the purchase of nearly a quarter of shares has also contributed to a more orderly ownership structure for Autocommerce, which has been quite dispersed.

AC d.d. Supervisory Board Adopts 2004 Annual Report
Ljubljana, 28 April 2005 - The Autocommerce group saw good business results in 2004 because according to audited information it realized 12 percent more sales revenues than in 2003 as well as a 50-percent increase in both total earnings and net operating result in comparison with the previous year. This means that in 2004 approximately SIT 94 billion was realized in sales revenues, as well as an operating result of SIT 2.6 billion and a net operating result of approximately SIT 2 billion. This was one of the points emphasized at Tuesday's session of the Autocommerce d.d. supervisory board, which adopted both the annual report and the consolidated annual report for 2004.
Adria Mobil Celebrates 40 Years
Novo Mesto, 14 April 2005 - As part of marking its 40th anniversary of operation, the Autocommerce company Adria Mobil organized its first international press conference at the Hotel Šport Otočec, where 70 journalists from across Europe gathered. The journalists were addressed by the general director of AC d.d., Herman Rigelnik, and the general director of Adria Mobil d.o.o., Sonja Gole, as well as her deputy, Stane Lukšič, and development director, Anton Kastrevc. A special guest at the press conference, EU ambassador to Slovenia Erwan Fouere, also addressed those present on the place of Adria Mobil in Slovenia and especially in the EU.
Autocommerce Increases Profits Again
Ljubljana, 31 March 2005 - According to preliminary information, in 2004 the Autocommerce group realized approximately SIT 94 billion in sales revenues, which is a 12-percent increase from what was achieved in 2003, and SIT 2.6 billion in total earnings before taxes, which is 50 percent more than what was realized the previous year. The group has increased its net operating result by 50 percent, which amounts to just over SIT 2 billion. The preliminary joint account comprises 39 companies altogether, including Adria Mobil d.o.o., but this last in only a proportional share that is included in the account of operations from the date of the beginning of strategic ownership in this company - that is, from the beginning of November 2004 onwards. The results achieved demonstrate that the Autocommerce group is continuing its trend of several years of stable growth in operations and increasingly confirming its position on the international market.
Fins d.o.o. buys shares of ACLG
Ljubljana, 24 February, 2005 - At the beginning of this week, Luka Koper d.d. decided to sell a 9.99% share in Autocommerce d.d. to the Fins d.o.o. company of Novo Mesto, which handles business services and investments. The deal is a package totalling 288,683 ordinary registered shares with the designation ACLG, which are not listed on the organized securities market. Luka Koper d.d., whose shares are listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, made its decision known through its stock portal and Autocommerce d.d. officially received the news of change of ownership from the new owner, the Fins d.o.o. company.
Supervisory Board on AC d.d. Annual Plan and Strategy to 2009
Ljubljana, 14 February 2005 - Among other business at its February session, the Autocommerce d.d. supervisory board received a business operations report for the period January-November 2004 with a final estimate of 2004 operations and a summary of business operations reports for its subsidiaries. From these estimates it is clear that Autocommerce d.d. will realize a net operating result of SIT 1.5 billion, which represents an 11.2 percent increase in comparison to 2003 and exceeds last year's plan. Return on equity will amount to 10.2 percent. Estimated realized group net turnover from sales last year amounts to SIT 97 billion, and estimated group net operating results to SIT 1.7 billion, which is 16 percent more than planned.
