Let Us Be Leaders, Not Just Managers
Ljubljana, 6 June 2011 – Last Saturday, the first and second generation of students on the course for managers and executives of companies within the ACH group met within the framework of the ACH Business Academy and in cooperation with the IEDC Bled School of Management. The meeting was held at the conference facilities of ACH d.d. and focused on the exceptionally popular topic of Management and the Changes that are present in managing a company today. The 45 participants of the meeting listened to Prof. Paul Claudel, Faculty Associate at the Business School of the University of Aix-en-Provence, lawyer and philosopher and long-time Vice President and Director of Human Resources of the French multinational corporation Alcatel-Lucent with offices in 130 countries across the globe and the leading manufacturer of telecommunication technologies.
ACH Volley Secures Eighth National Championship Title
Radovljica, 28 April 2011 - The third and final victory in the national championship final against UKO Kropa has brought ACH Volley its seventh Slovenian championship title in a row (the eighth in the club’s 40-year-long history), proving once again that ACH Volley really is the best in Slovenia. The match was held in the packed SGTŠ Radovljica sports hall and the final saw the previous national champion win with the excellent result of 9-0 in sets.
