Education & training
In the framework of the annual plan the employees may participate in various training programmes in the following fields:
- management and governance,
- development of communication skills,
- various fields of expertise (finances, controlling, accounting, human resources management, information technology, etc.)
- quality management,
- statutorily prescribed fields of expertise
- computer science, or
- foreign languages.
In 2009 the educational structure of employees in ACH Group was as follows: 77.7% of employees with less than a primary education and up to a vocational education (from level I up to and including level V) and 21.3% of employees with a college education or higher (level VI or higher).
Owing to the demanding nature of its activities, the educational structure at ACH, d.d. is quite high. Employees with a college education or university education (level VI and VII) account for more than half (57.1%) of the total, 16.3% possess a Masters of Science/Art degrees, specialists’ or Doctor of Science/Art degrees (levels VIII and IX). Employees with less than a secondary education (below level V) account for only 26.6%.
