Paying out dividends
All shares are ordinary, registered, freely transferable and carry a fixed rate of dividend.
Throughout the years following ownership transformation, ACH, d.d. allocated part of the profit generated in the previous year for dividends.
Dividend is paid out once a year in the amount and within the deadlines approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
In principle, natural persons who are Slovene residents are credited the amount of dividend to their bank account, while legal entities and foreigners receive dividend directly from ACH, d.d. within the deadlines laid down in the decision adopted at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Any claims arising from dividend lapse within five (5) years as of the dividend payment date.
Dividends for the year 2007 amounted to 0.70 euro gross per share and payments of dividends began on 16 September 2008 made out to bank accounts of shareholders entered as holders of shares in the Share Register on 2 September 2008.
