Only satisfied employees can contribute to the achievement of set goals - to the benefit of the shareholders, as well as business partners - but it is, in fact, the combination of the three that eventually boosts the Company’s competitive power.

The employees of ACH, d.d. and its subsidiaries are members of various national economic associations (the Managers' Association of Slovenia, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, etc.), branch associations (trade, etc.), professional associations (auditing, accounting, personnel management, public relations, quality, business excellence, etc.), educational & training institutions (full, associate or periodic lecturers, researchers, mentors, etc.) and supervisory bodies in companies.

As at 31 December 2009 ACH, d.d. and its subsidiaries numbered 2,514 employees in total, while the public limited company alone had 49 employees.
