In the field of financial investment, there are five companies operating directly or indirectly nowadays; one is in Slovenia, tree in Serbia and one in Cyprus.

The core activity of the subsidiaries is making portfolio and strategic investments in the capital markets of south-eastern Europe and other countries with fast developing markets which show above-average growth. Other operations of the dependent companies are financial and business consulting, representation, and analysing companies and business plans.

The former brokerage house currently manages its own portfolio, invests in securities in Slovenia and abroad, provides counselling services and deals in real-estate trading.

AC-Broker a.d., Belgrade
It is one of the leading brokerage houses in Serbia, specialised in brokerage and investment counselling.

AC-Invest d.o.o., Belgrade
Operates in the field of financial and legal consultation for the companies in the privatisation process, and also provides an accountancy services.
